Authorization on a certain area

Hi All,

I have a transaction code - S_ALR_87009207 that is on Display mode. How can I only allow the lock status column to be modifable and the remaining area's on the screen to be on display mode.

Hi,

If the status of the client has been set to Production you can't perform any modifications directly in this transaction.

However, you can make this transaction editable with the help of IMG or SPRO. Which is a configuration change.

Also, once you provide authorizations then they can edit all the fields. single field edit is not allowed. To do the same you need to create a new transaction with the help of SHD0 transaction.

Once you have added tcode to role in pfcg you will see the relevant authorization objects. Here you can change the values like 1 , 2 or 3 based on your requirement.
