/SAPAPO/OM_DELETE_OLD_SIMS should not run parallel

it seems from logs provided by you that this job has been scheduled from two users .Please check in scheduled jobs if same job scheduled twice by same user or different users.If so delete any of them.

Also check if the frequency of running these jobs are very fast.If so then change the frequency.Hope this will solve your issue.

How often are you running it.. Try to run once with some gap. the error suggests that before one is finishing the other one is starting ?

So stop the repetition. Run it once . LEt it finish and rerun it again and see.
