Hi Everybody,
Is there any way to find the date the sales order is deleted and who deleted it?
Srinivasan Kannan.
Hi
Often because of the "Express document terminated by user " error we have a case where the sales order number is assigned but in principle the sales order does not get saved. In this case it is not actually a case of deletion. Check with your customer if they had received this error while saving the document.

Run the report RVSCD100 to know who deleted the sales order.
Thanks,

Hi,
Yes it is possible.
1) Go to VA02, and put your sales order number (dont hit enter button). Then go to menu Environment -> Changes. This will show who deleted it and when?
2) I assume you can also check in table CDHDR and CDPOS tables.

Hi,
Can you try step 1 with VA03. Dont hit enter button, just go to menu Environment ->changes.

Hi,
Then it looks the sales order might be archived and not deleted. Or the sales order never exits, meaning for some reason this did not get created, though VA05 shows on it.
Meanwhile, can you check in table CDHDR by inputting Object as VERKBELEG and sales order number inside two * like for example * 91212112 * in the object value field. The result will show whether sales order existed before or not and what happened to it.
