Incoming checks

Hello,

In the definition of Payment Methods, it is not possible to create incoming checks.

Is there a way to do that using SDK, because most of our client payments are checks...

Hi Thibault,

Maybe I don't understand you well, but I think what you are trying to do is create an incoming payments with checks using DIAPI.

For that you can use the Payments object. There is a property Checks that is the Payments_Checks object. You can look for that in the Helpcenter, and the bottom of that there's sample for an incoming payment with checks.

Hi Ian,

Actually, I'm creating Payment Methods, and I saw it is not possible to add a method with incoming checks.

It is only possible in outcoming mode.

But most of the incoming payments in my company are done with checks.

So, is it possible to add a payment method using check as payment mean?

Hi Thibault,

Sorry for the misunderstanding. I just saw you can't create an incoming payment method with checks. In most cases, if you can't do it in B1 application, you can't do it with DIAPI.
