Hi All,
Can v achieve following requirement ?
1. Create SDHF UrgntCorrection directly, without SDCR ChangeRequest and SLFN Service Desk Message.
pros&coons of the same.
2. Is there any FM/BAPI to create SLFN/SDHF messages?

Yes.
Use tcode: CRMD_ORDER.
Below menu bar, you can find button for Settings.
Click Settings, Then go to tab Specific.
Here you can choose 3 pushbuttons to have under menu bar as Show Special Pushbuttons.
For example: Enter these business transaction types
SLFN, SDCR, SDHF
And check Save and New checkbox.
Once you do this setting changes, you will see 3 pushbuttons under menu bar.

Yes its possible. its normally linked to service desk request for an issue or other change request in Implementation Phase. and its not affected by Maintenance and project cycle.
