UOM Manager issue

Hi,

We are trying to create custom units in Unit of Measure Manager. But there are certain units which UOMM is not allowing us to create and is throwing error.

The error that we are getting sayd that the "Synonym of this Unit already exists". I tried to find the same using the Find Functunality provided by UOMM and it didn`t find any match.

The Unit that I am trying to create is already existing in some other dimension. So, can it be a case that since this unit is present in one of the Standard dimension so could not be added into another Standard dimension?

Also, there are certain units that are repeated in various dimensions, but I guess they are all standard and not custom.

Has anyone come across this type of issue before?

Since your thread has not received an answer yet, I'd recommend to go the official way and post a customer ticket if the issue still persists.
