I am trying to build a basic records management solution. I created RMS ID and element types as well as the record models. The problem is when I want to assign my record models to element typeu2019s models ID I get an error message u201CGeneral Error: Result of Value Check No Record Model Found in Specified RMSu201D. May some one please tell me what is missing from my configuration? Is there any setting for RMS ID that is missing? Point will be given.

Hi, maybe you have forgot to set model status to Released?

open your model and click menu Model->Change status->Released

Hi,

I have created Z-Area in RMS and getting same error "General Error: Result of Value Check No Record Model Found in Specified RMS". Please let me know if you have already solved this issue.
