communication error

Hi All,

I am getting this communication error when i execute my webdynpro component with business graphics(time scatter graph). when I refresh the screen 2-3 times I get the proper output. If any one have any idea regarding this please give suggestions.

Hello Kavya,

I have experienced the same with bus graphics, but to he best of my knowledge the reason behind this is the IGS ping response. If the server responds quick enough the error might not come, and it might be coming when the load is high on the server.
