Changing Portal UME Data Source to ABAP UME Data Source

Hi All,

Please let me know wheather is it possible to change Portal UME Data Source to ABAPUME Data Source for bellow mentioned senario.

Note: 1) Portal and ECC are installed on same system with difference SID's. Portal and ECC are pointing to same Database.

2) Portal is intalled with AS JAVA only and ECC is having AS ABAP only.
