While changing the Business system integration, I am trying to give a different client no.

I dont see that client no in drop down list.

tried to push the client manually from rz20 tcode.

has anyone faced a similar issue?

Venkat ,

The TS and LS name are there in Technical system.

I cannot see in BS.

---> Business system you have to create !!! It can be anything but make it logical like BS_ECC_100 , BS_SRM_200 etc..

@ the time of creating BS you have to provide TS and also the client of particular TS from drop down .

But it doesnot show up in the drop down list.

Hi Venkat,

1. open the techn System

2. click on tabs Clients

3. press Button "Add new Client" and fill at least the client no (there is no drop down)

4. click save

5. Creat a new Business System

6. Client should be in drop down

We figured out the problem.

That was because this client got already allocated to a diff BS

Hi Venkat,

you need to add the client in the techn System to have it in the drop down of BS.

The TS and LS name are there in Technical system.

I cannot see in BS. Ofcourse this is the basic check we make before we try to change the client for BS.

Hi,

When you select Business system ,you have option add clients to the respective BS in the Clients tab of TS.

Thanks,

Madhu
