Unknown Connection

Hi folks,

Connections folder in console generally show the details of connections established with a repository.

A connection detail would typically have :

Name, Host name, Application name,Connection and activity time.

I notice that for one of the connections, all details exist except - Host Name and Application name.

Please advise

a) What does this mean - Is it a valid / invalid connection ?

b) How to remove this connection if this is an invalid one.

Hi,

Please set this parameters in MDS.ini file and restart MDM.

Inactive Client Timeout Minutes=30

Session Timeout Minutes=30

This will remove all the API connections which are idle for more than 30 minutes.
