Hello,
We already have a solution with a Service Desk today but we need to create a new Service Desk that is independent of the other one. Is that possible?

On what basis you want it to be independant. Elaborate your requirements.
One way is to copy the standard one and make the necessary changes. For ex. Number Ranges according to your own need.
