Not able to transfer Material from Quality stock to Unrestricted use stock.

Hi All,

In one of my client User want to transfer Material from Q stock to Unrestricted use stock ( plant is WM maintained)

Material have Inspection setting activated for Goods Receipt

While the last goods receipt, system created the Inspection lot automatically, but when user accepted the material by assigning Usage decesion, user forgot to enter the Quantity to transfer to Unrestricted use stock.

Now we are unable to change the usage decesion, also Inspection Lot have been assigned with User status NOID (Material not identified).

Please let me know how i can transfer the material from Quality to Unrestricted Use.

Q. user forgot to enter the Quantity to transfer to Unrestricted use stock

Ans : Follow the steps.

1. Select QA32 screen Add your material no. batch no, etc and click radio button on select only inspection lot with Usage decision.

2. you will get desired lot with status SPRQ. select the lot and click on UD and go in inspection lot stock.

3. give proposal and save (UD code is mandetory for proposal)

check status of inspection lot whether it is sprq if yes then

go to qa32,

enter material, plant and select "inspection lots with usage decision" radio button

inspection lot will appear, select it and click on ud tab.

go to inspection stock posting tab - in unrestricted use

Sorry i was not able to process the Inspection lot through QA32.

Please find the Inspection lot status : UD ICCO SPST PRSI QLCH.

status is not SPRO it is SPST that means stock posting started.

follow steps given, u will be able to post
