Stop Printing from display mode until output completely processed in Change

Hi All,

Currently , if an output type is maintained in change mode , and its as 'periodically scheduled job' in yellow status.

Then in display mode , when I issue , its allowing it to print , and changing the yellow status to green status.

No record is now there for the periodically scheduled job which was in yellow status.

What should I do , so SAP does not allow an output type to be processed in display mode , UNTIL AND UNLESS , an output type is completely processed in change mode.

Should I apply an OSS NOTE. PLEASE ADVISE.

Hi,

If you were using the JOB to print the invoices using the RSNAST00

You have to use the Function module in the Print program RSNST00 ,

The main function of this program is When it is called into the PRINT PROGRAM .

Unless and untill the Output was processed, it wont generate the spool, and hence no output to printer

This is how you have to achieve this.

If you are doing manually, there is no way instead controlling in the print program for displaying the print preview also.

Hope it is clear, please let us know if you need any help further

Hi Arun

This we can't achieve by standard SAP settings, And we think of any ABAP development, that would be higher complex.

I would suggest to take help from SAP. go for OSS.
