The only legal way to obtain it is by taking a course with any of the authorised SAP Training Centers.

Hello Simpu,

There is a brand new book that came out, SAP Certified Development Associate ABAP with SAP NetWeaver 7.0. The authors are Puneet Asthana and David Haslam. It was recommended to me by an expert SAP technical consultant. I bought the book through Amazon and it costs $69.95 USD plus shipping. I am currently reading through the book and going through the practice questions. I am finding it very helpful.
