In Delivery on header, where ca I see receiving plant, or where it should be configured ?

I think you are asking about STO Scenario.In that case , better you maintain Plant as a Customer like XYZ - Plant Name .

This will help you to fulfill your Requirement.Otherwise you will get the same at Header > Partner.Here you can see the details of the Ship-to Party.

its a inter company scenario, when checking the header table LIKP of two deliveries for one deliveri I can see receiving plant and for another there is no receiving plant.Infact both the deliveries foir one ship to but have different materials.

Receiving plant as customer already maintained. Now from where receiving plant is showing in header level in tables?

i am not sure if you can see the receiving plant in any of the SD document headers, but you can try table V_001W_IV, which is actually the configuration of an internal customer as receiving plant.
