Hi All,

Do we have a facility within SAP to have the BOL or delivery note auto faxed to a ship to party driven by PGI completion?If so pls let me know how

Hello,

You can send the FAX of the DELIVERY NOTE to the Customer with some setting in the OUTPUT type

Goto the Transaction code NACE , Click on the Application V2 which is the Application of Delivery/Shipping and create the OUTPUT .

In the Medium choose option 2 which is for FAX.

Same way maintain the Condition Records for this output in the VV21 with the Medium 2.

These are the setting from Functional Perspective and from ABAP perspective you have to create the SMARTFORM/SAP SCRIPT and DRIVER PROGRAM to generate the LAYOUT.
