An order quantity of 0 is not allowed

Dear All,

I am getting a CIF error in R1P Inbound queue "An order quantity of 0 is not allowed".

I have checked the relevent planned orders in ECC (MD04) and in APO (Product view) but didi not find any planned orders.

In Comparison and reconsilation (/n/sapapo/CCR) it is saying me that "Planned orders missing in R3 without external Key" and system is sugesting to send them to ECC.When i tried to push them in ECC,they are stuck in R1P inbound queues.

Please help me what could be the reason for this error.

Regards,

Sajit Singh

Hi Sajit,

Within product view for your product-location combination, navigate to Settings->User Settings. Select the 'Orders' tab and check the 'Display Receipts/Requirements with quantity 0'.

After selectng the above option 'Adopt' the changes. The system should then display the orders with quantity 0.

You can then chose to delete these orders if they are not required.

Do let us know if this helps to solve your issue.
