How do I find out what all roles/groups have a certain action (eg: ImportRules) assigned GRC RAR UME? OR

How do I find out what all users have a certain action (eg: ImportRules) assigned in GRC RAR UME?

I am looking for a SUIM functionality in UME.

As you might have already noticed there is no SUIM like functionality on UME. The best work around as far as I know for your requirement is as follows:

Go to UME and search for all the UME roles (Custom and SAP delivered), then select all and export.

Once the export data is ready copy everything from Export box and paste it in a word or notepad file where you can do a better search using FIND functionality. This isn't the best approach but will save a lot of time.

Hi Prashanth,

For Access in UME there are following roles in UME which are tied to Actions. Login to UME and look for following roles.

VIRSA_CC_ADMINISTRATOR

u2022 VIRSA_CC_SECURITY_ADMIN

u2022 VIRSA_CC_REPORT

u2022 VIRSAS_CC_BUSINESS_OWNER

You can dig into these roles and actions associated with it.

You can create your own customized Role with specific actions you need in it.
