Shopping cart followon documents deletion status

Dear Experts,

Can any one explain me when the shopping cart item levle status in follow on documents tab will be 'Follow on documents deleted' and when it will be 'Follow on documents created'.

I have deleted a PO and then when I check in relevant shopping cart, item level status is showing as ' follow on documents created' and the po number got deleted from the follow on documents tab of shopping cart.

But I have few examples where SC line item follow on documents tab status is showing 'Follow on documents delete' also PO number status in shopping cart is showing the deleted status.

Can you please suggest me the actual process when these status will be updated.

Hi

for eg.

if your backend POs deleted (item) /blocked , in srm you can see follow on document deleted.

get status job brings information to srm and update the cart.

both must be sync on status level.
