change secondary language

Hi,

We would like to change secondary language. Our secondary language is German and we would like to change it to English. Do we need to proceed with the new import of language or there is another way?

As i know to change the secondary language you have to change the value of param: ZCSA/SECOND_LANGUAGE in default profile

We have also the same problem on ECC5.0. We have changed the second language form German to english in the default profile but we still get the translation of some transaction in German.

Did you restart the SAP system after changing the profile? Some profile changes needs restart of the SAP System.

I have exactly the same problem and I would be happy to know how to do this (ERP 2004, ECC 5).
