In solman_workcenter ->RCE->E2E analysis tabs change,trace is not appering

Hi,

Initisaled EHp1 and done initial and basic configuration using Transaction SOLMAN_SETUP successfully.

SMD + wily installed succeesfully in satellite system system

I can see the satellite system data in Introscope Webview

Extractor Framework jobs are running fine.

But In Solution manager, in transaction Solman_Workcenter->root cause analysis->E2E Analysis i am not getting Workload Analysis, Change Analysis and exception analysis tabs.

just i am getting systems in E2E analysis. why above tabs are not showing

besides standard View there is no tabs.

Hi Jagan,

Now i am able to see the worload,trace analysis tabs .. but under workload,trace analysis etc no data is showing.

1) under workload analysis -> P07 Enterprise portal ->J2ee

it's saying that no applicaqtion data found and for some tabs empty (just white) screen is showing and for some tabs it's

2)under workload analysis -> P07 Enterprise portal ->Host

giving Error loading template 0TPL_0SMD_MPEH_WA_Q0018_H for host tab

I am able to see only one graph i.e under workload analysis -> overview.

Hi Avinash,

There can be various reasons behind it. its not easy to jump to a solution. BI activation issues can be one such issue.

Hi Jagan,

it has worked with SAP_ALL, but is there any specific role to access RCA.

because i was able to assign role SAP_SOLMANDIAG_E2E, but it has not solved the problem.

and role SAP_SOLMANDIAG_DISP, saying that does not exist. the role "DISP" name is correct.

Hi,

I have checked the roles and every thing seems to be fine as per RCA user administration. I have below SAP_J2EE_ADMIN,ZSAP_SM_CONF_SEC,ZSAP_SOLMAN_ADMIN,SAP_SMWORK_DIAG,SAP_SMWORK_ * etc ... roles for user Solman_admin. for some roles profiles were not generated and i have generated the same.

But still i am not able to see the tabs called workload,trace,exception analysis ....

Hi Avinash,

Thats fine. Those roles are for workcenters. But in-order to actually use the functionality,you should have this role:SAP_SOLMANDIAG_E2E/DISP.

Or If you want SOLMAN_ADMIN as the admin usr, you can have SAP_ALL for it and access the workcenter.

Please refer to the SAP Security Guide for solution manager.

Hi AR,

Please check the roles assigned.

Its an Authorization issue. Assigning workcenter roles is not enough, you should have Diagnostics user roles.(solmadiag) to access the functionality.

Please refer to the RCA user Management guide for more details.
