CUA vs IDM vs GRC

Hello All,

We are implementing a brand new SAP software.

We have GRC and IDM license.

There is overlap of functionality (CUA,IDM,GRC).

What is the best approach of effectively using these tools ?

We configured the GRC-RAR now.

Saayi,

There is very little overlay in functionalities of CUA, IDM and GRC-CUP. I will recommend you to implement GRC Access Contorl modules like RAR, CUP, SPM and ERM. After that, you should decide if you need CUA or IDM or both.

It seems, SAP may replace CUA with IdM in next 4-5 years.
