Sales Representative not appearing in the partner function while creating s

Hi,

Requirement:-At the time of creating sales order sales representative has to appear in the partner function.

Doubt:-If we go to the master data "XD02" and maintain sales representative in the partner function than is it possible that sales employee will come automatically in the partner function of the sales order.

Let me know if after defining in the customer master it should automatically come in the partner function of the created sales order then in my case what settings should be maintained to see sales representative in partner function of the sales order moreover i am not able to save sales .representative in the partner function.

Hello

Pl confirm if you are using HR or not.

If you are not using HR, then you will have to create Sales Employees here.

SPRO --> Sales and Distribution --> Master Data --> Business Partners --> Use Sales Employee Without HR

Hello,

If you maintain the SALES REPESENTATIVE as the Customer order, Definiely they will appear on the sales order

For this you have to configure the PARTNER DETERMINATION PROCEDURE

Goto SPRO->SALES & DISTRIBTION->BASIC FUNCIONS-> PARTNER DETERMINATION-.SET UP PARTNR DETERMINATIONNow define the partner determination.

Assign this partner determination procedure to the Accounting Group of the Customer master

Assign the partner functions to the Account group and to the Sales documents

Save it and Exit.

SPRO - Sales and Distribution - Basic Functions - Partner determination - Set up partner Determination - Select Set Up Partner determination for Sales Document Header -> Select Standard Order TA - >Goto Partner Functions in Procedures

Add the Partner function name .

Goto Partner Determination Procedure - Assing TA to all sales doc types .

Assign the partner function to Account group type of customer .

Hi Santosh,

Thanks for reply.

Same assignment is present in both production system and testing system,but when we create sales order in TRI partner function is coming automatically at header level whereas in production system it is neither coming automatically not we can add manually however we have checked customer master aswell.

Can you suggest what might be the issue over here?

Create the sales representative through VPE1 tcode.

Go to IMG->sales&distribution->Basic functions->setup partnet determination procedure for sales doc type/customer, Check whether that particular partner function is assigned to the corresponding procedure or not .

If everything is fine,then the sales representative will appear in the partner function.

Hi,

Check the partner determination procedure, which is assigned to the customer master and sales documnet header/item. check your sales representative partner function is assigned to it or not. if not assign it and check agian.

Hope it will work. you can check the assignment in SPRO->sales and distribution -> asic functions -> partner determination.

You can create a contact person using VAP1 transaction code.
