can any body tell me solution for source or transporterwise inspection lots ( every day one inspection lot for against material and vendor source combination)

i also try QAAT0001 user exit and also created different inspection type like Z01 inspection type and assigh inspection type in 01 lot orgin. In material master i also activate 01 inspection type and not activate Z01 inspection type.

when do GR in Migo the system give error messege change the inspection stock QM only

if i want source wise which logic i want to give developer

Hi

As you have also assigned Z01 to inspection lot origin,Check the stock type during MIGO"QI or Unrestricted"

.Also Active Z01 in QM view.

Please revert back

Stock type Quality when i change to unrestricted total stock should go for unrestricted.

Hi

Only deactivate 01 inspection type if you directly want to post material to Unrestricted.

And If you want to create Inspection lot of Z01 then activate Z01 & remove tick of Inspection 01

This will not give error from next PO onwards

I want same combination of vendor material source and posting date system should be create only one lot ( because i received lot of trucks every day)that s why i created two inspection type i activate one inspection type and another is not activated.

as per ur suggetion i also activate Z01 inspection system give same error messege (i developed Userexit QAAT0001)

Hi check in the user exit document

If the exception NO_INSPTYPE is triggered, no inspection lot can be

created. For example, this means that no goods receipt can occur in the

inspection stock.

Also

If no inspection lot is created at goods receipt although the inspection

type is active and the goods have been posted to unrestricted use stock,

you can set the output parameter E_NO_INSPECTION to 'X' in component

EXIT_SAPLQAAT_002.

Hence Activate Z01.in User exit use Logic of Z01 selection.Check the Inspection type( E_NO_INSPECTION)

Also De-activate 01

Do not keep any Proffered inspection type tick in QM view.

If you have implemented the Userexit properly then this has to work

New setting will be applicable form New Purchase order.

Also now activate 01 inspection type.& create new PO & then see whether error is coming.

in Migo i change to unrestricted or blocked stock system accepted,in quality stock it is not accepted.

Change the inspection stock of material 300010 in QM only

Diagnosis

You want to make a stock posting to/from the inspection stock. This is not allowed for material 300010 because the quality inspection control has been activated by QM.

The following cases can occur:

The inspection stock should be increased, although an inspection is not foreseen for the current goods movement

The inspection stock should be released, although you can only do this using the QM transactions.

System Response

You cannot carry out the stock posting.

Procedure

Check both the QM inspection setup data and the movement type for material 300010 in the quality management view of the material master.

Exception:

If you post a return delivery to a vendor with reference to a purchase order, or cancel a goods receipt, the stock indicator from the order is proposed.

Check and modify this proposal as required.

The stock may have been transferred already and is therefore no longer in inspection stock.
