Hi

Error in Sales Order

No control entry exists for document type TA for GTS call

Have tried creating New Customer and Material still the error persists....

Link also attched where similar problem was faced in IDES .

RESOLUTION PLZ .....EXPERTS........

Rohit,

Sounds like you are using GTS functionality (Global Trade Services). Request help from your GTS folks for including the new document types you created with appropriate settings for them. For your reference, here is where to look in IMG.

IMG > Sales and Distribution > Foreign Trade/Customs> SAP Global Trade Services - Plug-In > Control Data Transfer to SAP Global Trade Services > Configure Control Settings for Document Transfer

Here you can add the document types you created.

Hi,

Have you create the new sales order by copying the older one?

At what time this error come, means when you enter the sold to party then this error comes or when enter the material that time it comes.

When i try to save my Order in IDES the error comes and then the order screen is exits.

I have tried with new Customer and Material , still the problem persists.

Even if i am taking values of Customer and Material form old existing VBAK Table, and try to save New Order , SAME PROBLEM

Create the new document type and save it.

Now try to create your sales order and save it.
