what is the relevance of delivery block and advantages of it

what is the relevance of delivery block and what are all it effects with availability check and TOR,

in sales order processing.

throw some some light on this.

Delivery Block is the function use when suppose the Customer Credit Limit is exceeded ,in that case ,put Delivery Block Reason as Credit Limit .After this ,Delivery can be created but PGI & further Billing Process will be stopped.

There is no effect of Availability Check with Delivery Block .
