Error during DI installation

Hi all,

During DI installation on red hat linux5, Oracle databse 10g

I am using SID POM

error is getting

MOS-01012 Problem :'sapmnt/POM/exe/saplicense -R3setup POM"60MS0ZFT" Trace =2'

returned with '254' which is not defined in sucess code

Please help me out in resolving this error

Hi Manish,

The error is a bit weird. Please try this.

Please check the system date on your server where you are installing the DI.

Also check the same where the message server is running.

Sync both.

Then try continuing the DI installation.

Please let me Know what is the Porcess of checking whether the CI is running or not in Unix ,Please let me Know the command for that

Hi ,

In UNIX you can check with command :: ps -ef|grep dw from <SID.adm.This command will show you all the SAP process which running in your CI .

Hi mohit,

Please help me out in this as i am getting the error during DI installation.

During DI oracle post installation , getting the error.

SID used is POM

Hi!

Try to download the lates update for saplicense from the SAP support portal and restart the installation.

If this doesnot solve your issue then please attach logs from saplicense.log which is crated in installation directory to assist you further.

There is nothing written in log file

except 0.0 so that i can send you

Hi ,

It is trying to install a temp license I think.Try to install SAP licence manually at OS level via SIDadm.& check what error message its showing.Without getting any error message its difficult to get an idea about troubleshooting.
