Extend memory exhausted but heap memory never used?

I failed to replicated the datasouce from ECC 6.0 because of memory exhaused. But in the ST02 i found the heap memory usage always is 0.

I got message 'EM-Memory exhausted Workplace ss gets PRIV mode / connection closed'. It seems that the system can't allocate memory from heap. How can i solve this problem? Thanks so much.

The OS is win2003 ent. SAP system is ECC 6.0 SR1.

Most likely your memory parematers are not set correctly,
