Users created by SAPJSF in CRM?

Hi Experts,

In CRM systems,We are using SAPJSF to unlock the Id's & reset the password.

But SAPJSF is creating User Id's like NY5OW&WFKY and 6B9#L!E5HFRF in CRM systems(Dev,QA & Pro).When we checking Logs it is calling BAPI_USER_CREATE function.

Kindly help us to rectify this error.

SAPJSF is provided with SAP_BC_JSF_COMMUNICATION(With S_USER_GRP as 01) Role.we can revoke the Create access to SAPJSF User, but we want to know is there is any other method to make SAPJSF to not to create users.

Note : We are provided SAPJSF User Id with same authorization in ECC.But we are facing issue in CRM only.

Sounds to me like a CRM config wizard to generate SERVICE users.

Why do you think it is an error?
