ERM5.3 Error, Input data length not a multiple of blocksize.

Hi Experts,

While trying to Create a role in ERM5.3 when i try to provide Function Id i am getting error "Input data length not a multiple of blocksize." . Hi Priya

If you are getting the error

" Unknown error occurred while performing operation (Input data length not a multiple of blocksize.)"

This problem happens after upgrade to SP 8

In the miscellaneous tab change the user id and password of the existing user and give another user id with password for all web services.

Then click on Administration -> click Cache management -> select all ->click Reload Cache. Repeat the same step for all the 4 pages. after that try again.

SAP is about to release a note for this issue.

Hi Priyanka,

I think host file is NOT maintained.

MAINTAIN Host name in u2013 GRC SYSTEM

/etc/hosts= host name of ECC dev system

/etc/services= sapms<SID> 3600/tcp

sapms<SID> 3600/tcp

MAINTAIN host name in- ECC SYSTEM

/etc/hosts= host name of GRC system
