(BI701) Runtime Error: ITAB_DUPLICATE_KEY when Import data to DSO with DTP

Dear BW experts:

Recently I am meeting a critical issue:

When I import data to DSO with DTP ,sometimes,DTP overall status shows red but detail status shows green.

I check the dump with ST22. system shows the Runtime Errors: ITAB_DUPLICATE_KEY.

I can fix the problem with the way: After I can go to monitor screen of the DTP, I can click the button (post package with errors manually) on the left-top corner and then the DTP overall status is green after waiting some miniutes.

So,I want why system shows the runtime error.How can i fix the issue automatically and not clicked manually ?

Which OSS notes is needed?

My BI system version is BI 700 and Enhancement package 1 (SAPKW70104)

I have the same problem on the same EhP1, but cannot find any relevant OSS Note.

This exception is in CL_RSBK_DP_STATE==============CP

Anyone found solution to this so far?
