XI was not configured properly to send to a HTTPS target url. Certificate needs to be loaded on to XI box

Ok the first message got messed up.

Here is the problem.

I am getting a SOAP adapter System error in sxmb_moni. I dont knkow how to resolve this. The webservice is reachable throuhg IE.

The error says - System Error - restart not possible.

Check these:

1) Target URL and SOAP Action are entered accurately in the Receiver SOAP CC.

2) The port through which the message is sent to the SOAP Receiver is not under any firewall restrictions......to know this get help from your Network management guys.

The problem was not a network issue. It was actual sending to an HTTPS address so it needed a certificate to loaded on the XI box.

• Check whether the Receiver system is Up

Yes I am able to access the Receiver system via Internet Explorer.
