copy control sales order to billing doc

At present my copy control copy sales district from sales order to billing document in billing header as well item level.

I don't want it to get copied in header level.

Can i achieve it thru copy control VTFA or need to develop new routine?

Hi,

You have to make changes in the data transfer routine in the copy control.

Just consult your ABAPer and give him your requirement.

He will made the adjustment in the routine so that your sales district should not be copied.

No need to create the new one just update the existing one.

Hi,

In my opinion, you have to create a new Routine and set that the SALES DISTRICT should not copy from ORDER to BILLING and remaining should copy.

If you use the existing routines , then they wont copy all the remaining HEADER data which is not your requirement .

So better ask your developer to copy the existing routine which copies the data from ORDER TO BILLING and pt the limit to SALES DISTRICT.
