IDOCS: How to convert SAP Release 700 to 46C- DOCREL field

Hi

Scenario: From SAP ECC 6.0 (Release 700) we are sending Delivery IDOCS and Master Location to Third party Transport Management System.

Third Party-TMS using 4.6C version where as our ECC 6.0 release is 700. So when we are sending IDOCS, DOCREL (Release) is going as 700 but Third Party -TMS wants that to be as 46C.

In order to over come that, temporarily, while passing through PI 7.0 we are passing a constant value 46C in place of 700.

But client want directly from SAP ECC as 46C (so that no data fields will be missing)

Guide me on this how to convert DOCREL from 700 to 46C while sending IDOCs from SAP ECC 6.0.
