Default settings for source storage type and storage bin ..

Hi,

While doing Transfer Order ,I want to make the source stage type and bin as default values.Where can I make these settings?

i am using normal WM and not Lean WM

Hi,

Storage bin will come into the TO based upon the search strategy maintained(Put away strategy). We also maintain this in Material master. Please check your WM configuration for search strategy and it will come, Storage type is generally fixed based upon the movement of goods. So based on that it will come. You check all the relevant setting in WM config.

Hi Raja,

Can u please exactly where exactly i need to assisgn the particular storage type and bin to the ware house,so that while creating TO it picks uo from the same type and bin by default.

Please check settings as mentioned

1. SPROEnterprise StructureAssignmentLogistic Exe check all the assignment here

2. then SproLogistic ExeWM--master data , check whether storage types are properly defined or not

3. then you have to Activate the search strategy at SproLogistic ExeWM--strategy --> Activate Storage type search
