Please advise for an ITS error in Prod

We are receiving foll errors in PROD ITS after install on new servers, we have verified all the config & it looks good. but we get following script errors in IE.

scripting Errors are as follows in sequence :-

1>'mySessionInfo' is null or not an object

2>'self.myOnloadhdlF2' is null or not an object.

3>'self.myOnloadhdlF1' is null or not an object.

4>'ITS_Frameset' is undefined.

We have done ITS setup many many times, but never came across this error. please advise.

Hi Chandra,

I assume it is an ITS 6.20. Which patchlevel do you use?

How does your webgui/global service file look like?

Is it possible that some mime files (js-files) are not accessible for the web browser?

Hi all,

we had nearly the same errors.

But not after installation. We try to call a R/3 transaction from the portal with an iView. This works all the time. Since a few days the described errors came up.

I don´t know what to do, ´cause nobody did any changes.

@Chandra: Could you fix your problems in the meanwhile. If yes, who did you do that.

@Henning: Any suggestions??

Hi again,

how easy problems could be.

A restart of the corresponding ITS Instance fixed the problem.

@Chandra: Maybe it´s useful for you to.
