File properties to document characteristics

Hi Experts,

In my project PLM 7.0, I have a requirement that I don't know if is possible. Each info document will have only one file original attached, ¿Is possible to read the metadata of the file and pass them to document characteristics?

Hi Alfredo,

this could maybe work by using object characteristics. From DMS point of view the original data is stored in table DMS_PHIO2FILE, DMS_DOC2LOIO, DMS_PH_CD1 and DMS_PHF_CD1.

In these table you should be able to find all the necessary document data.
