Per diems per hour (table t706h)

Hi,

i need to use the following rules to buid

If trip covers 01p.m to 02:00 p.m i receive 20 eur

If trip covers 08p.m to 09:00 p.m i receive 20 eur

I think that i have to use the per diems per hours. The table is the t706h. do you have any idea how should i use this table... as i do not have any idea how it works or if it is in use???

Use this table in Master Data -


control parameters for travel expense -


define/delet/restore trip provision------copy trip provision variant -


selection of tables for trip provision variant.

yes you have to maintain perdiem.

The best thing is to give it a try, since it seems to be streight forward:

Setting the number of days for reading view V_T706H:

1 one-day trip

96 several-day trip, first day

97 several-day trip, last day

98 several-day trip, full day with stopover

99 several-day trip, full day

Besides you select the country like PT or INT, also specify the time iterval and respective amount.

If the time interval [from,to] will be included into the trip time interval, then respective per diem amount is added.

Also in the per diem settings you have indicator 4, so the system will use V_T706H.
