Unknown Cardinality DSG0002

I've been getting this error , Unknown Cardinality DSG0002, in Designer (XI3.2) on joins between tables and views and in one case between a table and an aliased table. The cardinality is set and is correct, moreover other similar joins are not giving this error.

It seems to have no logic behind it that I can determine. What could be causing this?

It was an unexpected deviation in the join data.

Maybe something that is wrong is not catching your eye. Have you tried to run an Integrity check (all options) on the Universe?
