Some months ago we have problem with our installation number (contract limited) to fix the problem was necessary create new one installation number in the middle that problem with installation number and contract, we had a XI/PI implementation and was
necessary start with temporary license key, after the solved the problem with installation number, we ordered the permanent license in new Installation Number, but our XI stopped to work normally, didn't communicated with some sites, we've changed all attribute relationated with Instalion Number in SLD, etc, it was necessary backed out to old temporary license to work again.
Then weu2019d like to use the permanent license key to avoid problem with license and contract in the future close, Does someone have that experience?

Does transaction SLICENSE show a valid and green-lighted licencse key with duration until 9999-12-31?
Please also check the startup and defaultTrace.trec log files of Java engine immediately after startup of system. Are there reported any problems with license?
If all that does not help I'd suggest you to open a CSN at SMP.
