CIC Winclient Behavior

Hi Gurus,

Here is some strange problem on our system hoping for help!!!

When we execute transaction CIC0 and within CIC0 (first time from CIC0) If I execute VA03 (R/3) from call processing area we get an error 'connection to other system could not be established'. Right after this error if we execute VA03 from call processing area it will take us to R/3 Logon screen.

Did it happen to any one?

Does any one know how to fix this?

If we exit CIC0 and get back in will have same error.

I am looking to get rid of error and expecting the logon screen any time or every time when va03 or sale transactions executed.

Hi Raman,

Pls check your action box definition settings and make a test from there to check if this is working fine.

I believe that something could be wrong in parameter settings or RFC is not setup corretly or there is duplication.

Hello Kripa,

Here si the configuration:

Earlier setting was everything was using 1 RFC user ID which has all full rights in R/3, Security audit has failed and needed to modify. When Order gets created can be used above RFC but to inquire and order review should use their user ID.

So modifications have been done.

Any guidance will be helpful.
