How to disable add approver/reviewer buttons?

Hi All,

Does anybody know how to disable usage of "add approver" and "add reviewer" buttons during creation of a shopping cart? When user creates shopping cart, just before saving it, he/she can check whether any approval is necessary and to add another approver/reviewer by these two buttons.

We have developed special logic for determining approvers by using N-step approval BADI and the usage of this button is violating the approval rule.

The used SRM version is 5.5, Classic Scenario.
