not able to create new request through self-service in CUP 5.3 _07.1

Hi Experts,

My GRC CUP version is: 5.3 supprt pac 7 patch 01.

I am facing problem when adding a new role to my user id with cup it's showing: error occured in creating the request.

I went to the CUP portal->new access. i entered my user id and password. I filled the necesary info's required there.

I selected the role i desire and clicked on add button. After clicking on the submit button, it would be in processing phase for a long time. After almost 30-40 minutes, it's throwing the error as: error creating request.

please help ASAP.

This error mostly arises when the parameters in the request do not match any initiator. Check your initiator and compare it with the field values entered in the request.
