Error During Q1 Notification _ Action BOX

Hi All,

The senario is creating a ECR ( Engineering change request ) through Q1 notification Action Box.

We have done the respective customization in Action Box and the Action Box task got displayed in Q1 notification. But when we try to created the ECR from the Action Box it ends up Error and exits

Error " Transaction QM01 not supported."

( I think certain notification cateries are restriced to execte based on the Notif cat. Quality notif is 02 and general is 05. Action box is working fine with O5 caterory (Notif type 54).

How to over come is issue.

Thanks for the reply.

We are not using the Z Functional Module.

We are using the CCNO_Create_ECR.

Anyway we will check for the conditions if any.

Hello

Check the function module assigned in the action box. Is it a z function module. Check if there is any condition entered for type '54' where it is working.
