Journals from IBM i running SAP

I have an application (a command) that runs on the IBM i

It extracts information starting with the DSPJRN (Display Journal Command)

I want to test this using SAP data. Can anyone help???

I just need an IBM i site that is running any SAP module and running journals (before and after).

My command extracts the data and converts into a file for further analysis on a PC.

I don't need a lot of data, a few hours of processing, just enough to prove that its working fine.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Hi George,

my first question would be:

Does your tool support MINENTDTA ? if not, it is not really of help, because SAP on I moves to this parameter right now.

If yes, the next question would be:

Did you test your program with tables with CCSID 13488 ? SAP on I is only using these ones ...

If yes, it looks pretty good, if no, it will not work.

I could perhaps help you with the data ...
