I wander if an user is locked or deleted, will the job created job still run? I am not speaking about user who starts job(this one remain untoched)

If the user is locked the job still runs but if the user is deleted the jobs gets cancelled.

Even if the authorization check fails job will fail. But yes, if the user who created the job is no more in the system then the job will run provided in the job "STEP" you can see a different user with sufficient authorization and that exists in the system.

As long as, the user id mentioned in the job step is in SAP system and has necessary authorization, your btc job will run. It doesn't matter if user who created the job, doesn't exist anymore.
