We have uploaded document in Solution manager under Tcode - SOLAR01 , but I am not able to open uploaded document in Solution Manager. however I can generate and download the blueprint document. Please help..
do you have another document of the same kind open in background in parallel? (if yes you have to close it), I remember having the same issue a long time ago and it was caused by a excel which I had open in background.
