Division Significance in Billing

I am developing a Customer Ageing Report. There is division field on selection screen.

How should I use it in my report?

Should I consider this division as the division defined in Customer master? (KNVV table)

Or should I consider this division in Billing Doc (VBRK/VBRP-SPART)?

Pls explain abt division mentioned in billing doc.

Hi,

It is better to consider the DIVISION on the Billing document than the Customer master division

As the Customer is master data, there may be chances for chaning the Data, so VBRK-SPART is better option.

I will prefer division from the billing document for the report as table KNVV may have more than 1 entry for Division.

Take KNVV-SPART as field for Division in the report.
