I dont think these are transportable.You will have to create the same in respective clients as part of Master data setup.

I dont understand why ipmd have relation with transport (included and delete in order) in blue menuof top

Hi,

In very old releases the permits were considered as customizing data and could be transported. Now they are treated as data and transport is not possible. The inactive menu options probably remain from the old design.

It is simple , Please create the LSMW and then transport to production clinet from quality once client is tested
